Privacy notice
This notice describes this website as it is today. It is a static brochure. It does not run analytics, it does not set advertising cookies, and the contact form does not send.
Placeholder. This notice should be reviewed by the operator before anyone relies on it. Company number and registered office are stated below. The remaining open items are marked as placeholders.
Who is responsible
Devon Computer is a trading name of KTechnology Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16625813. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (not open to visitors). That company is the controller of any personal data the enquiry lines give rise to.
What this website collects
Reading these pages does not ask you for a name, an email address, or an account. We do not embed advertising, and we do not use an analytics service on this version of the site. We do not set our own cookies.
Your browser will still tell the host that serves the pages an IP address, and the usual technical details of the request, because that is how a page is delivered. We do not use this site to build a profile from that.
Placeholder. The hosting provider is not named here, because hosting is still being arranged. The provider’s name and a link to its privacy information will be added once it is fixed. Until then, do not assume a particular host.
Enquiry lines
If you call, you choose what to say. Give your name, where you are, and enough to describe the work. You do not need to disclose confidential file contents on a first call. We use what you tell us to decide whether we can help and, if we can, to arrange the work.
Placeholder. This notice does not claim that enquiry-line calls are recorded, and it does not claim that they are not. State the actual practice here before the notice is relied on.
Placeholder. Retention of any notes taken from a call is not stated yet. Add the period, and where the notes are kept, when that practice is confirmed.
The form on the contact page
The form is disabled. It has no destination. Do not type personal data into it. Nothing is transmitted by that form on this version of the site, because it cannot be submitted.
Asking about your data
Placeholder. A data-protection contact method — an email address or a postal address — has not been published. No email address is invented here. Until a method is confirmed, you may call the enquiry line for your area and say at the start that the call concerns personal data.
Placeholder. An Information Commissioner’s Office registration number, if one applies, will be added here. None is shown, because none is confirmed on this page.
Why any data from a call would be used
If you enquire about work, we use what you tell us in order to respond and, where it goes further, to take steps toward an agreement. That is the extent of this notice. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use this website to send marketing.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances you may have the right to access personal data, to correct it, to ask for erasure or restriction, to object, and to ask for portability where that right applies. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Their complaint information is on the ICO website: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them through it.
Changes
This notice is dated 19 October 2026. When the placeholders above are filled, or if the site starts to collect anything it does not collect now, the notice will be updated and the date changed. Until that review, treat the placeholders as open, not as silent defaults.
