Hardware supply and repair
We supply and repair equipment for the work it has to do. A machine is specified before it is ordered, recorded when it arrives, and either mended or replaced on its merits. There is no price list on this site, and no standing discount to announce.
Specification
Before anything is ordered we agree what the person actually does, which software must run, and whether the machine leaves the building. A laptop for someone who is rarely at a desk is a different object from a machine that drives a line-of-business application all day. We write that down so the quote matches the work.
Setup and record
- Accounts, encryption and access, as the agreement requires.
- Serial numbers and warranty end dates, given to you, not only stored with us.
- Warranty claims handled with the manufacturer, with you told what was said.
Repair or replace
Repair when repair is the sensible path. Replace when it is not. We will say which, and why, before money is committed. A failing machine that holds the only copy of something important is a recovery question first and a purchasing question second.
Data-bearing equipment
If a drive has to leave your premises, the chain of custody is written down first. Wiping follows your instruction. We do not dispose of a drive informally, and we do not send one to a third party without you knowing who that is.

- Do you publish a price list?
No. Equipment is quoted for the specification, at the time. We do not advertise a standing discount or a bundle.
- Can you dispose of old machines?
Only under your instruction, and only with a written note of what happens to the drives. We do not take data-bearing equipment away informally.
